Billing Inquiry: Choose this if you're having issue with a purchase, such as not receiving Gaia Cash and/or your Coupon, if you're not receiving the item(s) you purchased directly or with Gaia Cash, to report issues with your Angel or Perks subscription, and for any other concern that involves either monetary purchases or spending your Gaia Cash!
General Inquiry: This is your go-to form if you're having any issues with your current account. Not sure which email you have on file? Having trouble resetting your password? Does it say that your account has been placed on hold when you go to log in? Are you being told to reactivate your account but you're not receiving or can't access the email any longer? Having an issue providing your Secondary Authentication token? Ready to close one or more of your accounts? Use this form to request assistance with these issues and more!
Appeal a warning or ban: Choose this form if your account has been banned for a Terms of Service violation, including if you were banned for claiming to be underage at any point and have either reached your reinstatement date or are ready to provide ID that confirms you're 13 years of age or older. This is also now the appropriate place to dispute a warning, or any moderator action, issued to your account. We recommend responding to the moderator's message if there are any questions or concerns first and filing a ticket if a resolution cannot be reached.
